That was as deliciously disturbing as an exhibit of Diana Arbus' photography.

One common theme jumped out at me: So many of the pictures were heads, or things resembling heads, that were about to explode. I don't have the pictures in front of me, but the first item is something like a head that is ready to burst, and the 4th thing is an infant's head that seems poised to burst like a volcano, and a few things look like pieces of ancient African art. an art form where emotional volume was always very, very high.

All of this bursting and intense emotions. Is this a metaphor for our times, which are times in which the Russo-Ukrainian war seems on the precipice of a nuclear exchange.

I can't tell you how disturbing all that was, Paul! I also can't tell you how much I appreciate it! One thing I learned: I missed my opportunity to name my 'Stack newsletter, "The Nun's Backside"!😲
