I really like this, Paul. Especially his comment that you never really know what content is going to resonate. Sometimes I fret over what I'm publishing...and the ones I think will do well don't, yet some that I think are pretty darned average do well. Go figure!
I especially like his point on good writing being partly about organization. I certainly have found that to be true.
