I remember this guy and surprised he is still at it. Is he or is this an old article, hard to say. But spending that much time, do that many things seems a waste of a current life. But I am not judging.
That's my thinking too. I wrote the article with references from a few years ago to this year. Not sure if he does all the things today, but the 'People' article is from last month - Nov. 2024. The more time you spend trying to live longer with all these ways, the less time you actually have to enjoy the life you have. Thanks for the comment!
He’s going to die anyway. Maybe he’ll buy himself some time, or maybe all that experimentation will harm him. In the end, quality trumps quantity for the most part. Love your family and friends, all things in moderation, read good books, exercise regularly, sleep, and enjoy your passions.
I can think of a lot of things I'd rather do with my time and money! Besides, I hate taking pills. 100 a day? Gag. It will be interesting to see if he actually makes it past 60 years old.
Side note - I used to live in New Mexico in a place with no inside plumbing, so we had to use an outhouse. One winter the emptying-out truck couldn't come do its job because of deep snow - you can imagine the backup!
We ended up peeing in buckets (which we emptied way out back in a ravine) and only doing the other in the outhouse. We covered our doots with ash to keep it from gassing us off the planet.
In spring when the truck could make it up the hill, there were hundreds of pills in the poop - hundreds! We stopped buying vits and supps from then on. Why bother, when they didn't even dissolve? And yes, they were supposedly 'best quality'!
This may be the most extreme example of preferring quantity over quality I have seen. Having read his regimen, well, no thank you. I want to live, not merely exist.

In today's nutty world I wouldn't want to live to 150.

Perfect recipe for a wonderful life. Thanks for commenting, John. Merry Christmas to you and your family. And an even better 2025!
Back at you, Paul. Merry Christmas, and continued good health and happiness in the new year.

This seems to be the consensus Mark. Thanks for commenting!
