Itβs a bit like sitting in traffic! Some people get frantic and start changing lanes and getting grumpy. Others just accept and apply lipgloss. Iβm in the lipgloss tribe!
Haha Kristi, same here! While Iβve heard it used, mostly by the women in my family, my entire life, Iβm not sure Iβve ever seen it in print. Ironically warms the heart. π
I started beta-testing this on myself years ago, when spending a ridiculous amount of time waiting in doctorsβ offices. Put the phone down, put the pissy away, sit and find contentment in the sterility, the occasional beeps and blinks, the absence of control. Itβs now one of my favorite things to doβ¦ true story. (PS, itβs a multi-purpose tool π§°)

Me too. But more like chap stick...
Weβre with the cool kids!
Hahaha I had no idea this is how they spelled conniption. I know the word but have never written it or Googled it π
Also, solid advice here. I could use a lesson in patience most days.
Patience is still a virtue. Thanks for the comment, Kristi.

...frickin love conniptions...
βWhen you stop searching for something you have lost, or somebody to come into your life - why does the thing suddenly appear?β
Happens all the time. Let it. π
Sage advice Mr Macko, thank you. I love how you came up with the title!
Thank you, Donna !
Great advice, Paul! There is, dare I sayπ, a flip side- for some people, they may need to learn how to get appropriately angry.
Good point!
My measured responses have increased as I age ... and I'm really, really old. ;-)
You're not that old, in fact we are the same age. Oh yeah...we are kinda old...
