Waking up at 3 or 4 a.m. is common. This can happen due to natural sleep cycles. Stress and anxiety may also cause early waking. As people age, sleep patterns change, leading to earlier awakenings. Lifestyle factors, like alcohol or caffeine, can disrupt sleep. To improve sleep, maintain a regular schedule and create a calming bedtime routine.
A big-box store
It gets its name from the historically characteristic box shape of the physical store. Typically large national chains.
These stores are set up in large buildings with more than 50,000 square feet of space and are often plainly designed. Examples include Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, Ikea and many others.
What makes a domain name valuable? Two-letter domain names are among the rarest, with fewer than 700 in existence. These domains are highly sought after due to their memorability, ease of typing, and ability to transcend language barriers. Notable sales include βwe.comβ for $8 million, βjd.comβ for $5 million, βig.comβ for $4.8 million, and βmi.comβ for $3.2 million.
However, the most expensive domain ever sold wasnβt a two-letter name. It was βcars.com,β a four-letter domain that sold for $872 million to media giant Gannett Co., Inc. Other high-value sales include:
Business.com: Valued at $345 million
LasVegas.com: Sold for $90 million in 2005
CarInsurance.com: Valued at $49.7 million
Insurance.com: Valued at $35.6 million
So, what do the priciest domain names have in common? Theyβre short, memorable, and often tied to highly searched keywords or established brands. Similarly, in search engine marketing, the highest Cost Per Click (CPC) keywords are driven by demand in competitive industries with high customer lifetime value. These industries are willing to pay premium prices for new customers due to their significant long-term benefits.
The most expensive CPC keywords include:
Insurance: $50 per click (24% of Google searches)
Loans: $45 per click (13% of Google searches)
Mortgage: $47 per click (9% of Google searches)
Attorney: $47 per click (3.5% of Google searches)
Credit: Over $36 per click (3.2% of Google searches)
Both domain prices and keyword costs reflect the immense value placed on visibility in high-demand industries.

One of the first 'big box' stores in Australia was called 'Half-Case Warehouse'. You literally had to buy a minimum of half a case of something.
The association in my mind was 'big box' (of stuff) and lower prices.
Same with CostCo .... and others I've seen around the world.
Add the fact that goods in these places were often displayed in their 'big boxes', rather than in carefully arranged shelf displays....
From all that, I always thought I knew the reason for the name; it never occurred to me it was about the way the stores were built.
Who woulda thunk?
