About 117 billion members of our species have ever been born on Earth...If every one of them shuffled a deck of cards once a second from the Big Bang until now we still wouldnβt have seen the same shuffle twice. It wouldnβt even be close.

A day on Venus is longer than a year on Venus: Venus rotates very slowly on its axis, (It is the only planet that spins clockwise) taking about 243 Earth days to complete one rotation. In contrast, it only takes about 225 Earth days for Venus to orbit the Sun. This means that a day on Venus (one rotation) is actually longer than a year on Venus (one orbit around the Sun). https://pau1.substack.com/p/-im-your-venus-baby

The Baha Men, who asked βWho Let The Dogs Out?β, started their band in 1977. Thatβs closer in time to the last British conviction for witchcraft (1944) than today.

Vikings used the bones of slain animals when smithing new weapons believing this would enchant the weapon with the animals spirit. This made the weapons stronger because the carbon in the bones coupled with the iron made a primitive version of steel.

Chilies are spicy because birds can't taste it. Animals don't travel far enough on land before shitting out the seeds so the spice is to put off land animals and have the seeds dispersed over a wider area via bird shit.
If fruits are produced by plants for animals to eat and spread seeds around, how come lemons are so sour? Well, a lemon is not a naturally occurring fruit, it's actually bred from a sour orange and citron, the sour orange itself being bred from a pomelo and mandarin. So it's not the product of evolution but selective breeding. Life didn't give us lemons after all.
Lemons float, but limes sink.

That is a lot of research! My favorite is that we are composed mostly of space between the atoms. When I am able to bring myself into that space and focus there it seems to be my most effect form of a mediation type practice.
